Today I spoke to the media on behalf of residents like Veronica and her family, who struggled to get the recent State Government concession payments.
Veronica spent over an hour on the phone, then the line disconnected! Not good enough!!
With the cost of living biting, this Government needs to allocate the resources to get these payments into the pockets of some of our most vulnerable residents!
