This afternoon I had the privilege to attend the sod turning ceremony for the Magill Village project!
Magill Village is a joint project between Local, State and Federal Governments, allocating nearly $6 million towards the project.
This project will deliver significant economic benefit to the area, particularly the many small businesses along Magill Road.
The revitalised streetscape will vastly improve the experience for shoppers, pedestrians, residents and cyclists, encouraging more people to shop, visit and live in the precinct.
