The arts and live music industries play vital roles in helping people to connect, which is why the Marshall Government is pleased to announce a $3 million Live Music Support Package to ensure our live music industry is ready to host live music again.
The impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic have taken a heavy toll on our nation's music industry, and these grants ranging up to $300,000 will help to ensure South Australia is ready to go when our borders re-open.
South Australian businesses in the music and performing arts sector directly contributed more than $183 million to the local economy in 2018-19 prior to COVID-19 and we are all looking forward to seeing the industry flourish again.
